The Digit-al Dozen does the Terrific Twos! Free choice (within reason!)

Hello everyone! Here we are at the end of another DD week! Today's theme was mostly free choice, as long as we stayed along the lines of pairs/twos/sapphires etc. I decided to go with a technique I hadn't done before and have a go at double stamping. Pairs and twos - go me!!! :)

I started with a base of Color Club Silver Lake and stamped over that with a plate from Born Pretty Store (not sent for review, I buy from them to save aggravation these days!) using Ciate Vintage. Once dry I used the same plate and stamped over that with Konad White and finished with Seche Vite.

I'm so glad that I finally got round to trying this out! It also gave my stumpy little natural nails a chance to be on show and I love the final look!

That's it for Digit-al Dozen week this month, but we'll be back with a new theme in October. Our giveaway is still running for another couple of weeks so be sure to head over to the rafflecopter and enter!

The final result is really intriguing, I think I'll be saving this technique to try it out myself.

  3. I love the double stamping, I didn't even know this was a technique people did. I think the white over the green/grey is really strong.
