The 12 Days of Xmas Challenge Day 6 - Decorations

Hello everyone! Its halfway day! So far I'm happy to report that my festive spirit is still pretty high, although I'm in last minute mode trying to get everything done before my daughter finishes school on Friday. After that all bets are off, as it'll be a never-ending chaotic whirlwind of playdates and Xmas activities for three and a half weeks! As a result I'm painting so many manis a day that I'm sure the fumes are making me even stranger than usual!

 The prompt for today is Decorations, so I thought it was time for a bit of sparkle :)

 I started with 2 coats of OPI Unfor-greta-bly Blue (I totally forgot that I had this polish - now I can't stop using it!), and then added some fine silver lines using Nail Essentials Silver Shimmer with a striping brush finishing them all at different lengths. I added a selection of brightly coloured rhinestones for some bauble bling and then dotted the silver lines with silver glitter (Color Club Sex Symbol) to finish the look.




I am in love with these! They were very popular when I went to Costa for my latte this morning too! Such a shame with all these lovely Xmas manis that we're all having to take them off so soon as there have been a few that I would have kept on for at least a few days (which is about as long as my patience ever allows me to last without painting my nails!).

      Thanks! Ebay is the way forward - for the lowest price products shipping take a couple of weeks, but its worth the wait and you'll have more bling than you'll know what to do with! :D
