February Nail Art Challenge Day 8 - Polka Dots

Wow! February is flying by! Here we are on the penultimate day of the challenge already! Today's theme is polka dots *does a little happy dance* :) Love dots. L o v e them. They come second only to animal print in my favourite manis to do. I couldn't decide between two looks that  I wanted to try for this day, so I did both! I will be posting the other mani at a later date, but for today I went for a gradient dotticure (although there is a sneaky pic of the other mani at the end of this post)!

I started with a base of LA Colors Lilac Frost (which doesn't contain even a hint of lilac :/), then started out with Jessica For Your Eyes Only as the dark purple, China Glaze Spontaneous in the middle and Maybelline Lilac Charm on the tips

One day to go! Recreate your favourite - going to have to give this one a bit of thought... At the same time I need to think about what to do with myself when this challenge is over :) As I was saying on Facebook the other day, I think I'm going to do a fashion month - I've been seeing some gorgeous prints and fabrics at Fashion Week and I think I'm going to do some high fashion inspired manis for March :) 

And if I can find another challenge, well... ;)
