Yet another challenge AND some mosaic nails

Hello! I know, two post in one day - what am I thinking??? But I had to post about yet another challenge starting this week! The "Girly Girl" challenge! Its being hosted by Closet Diva and Manis by Moore (the original idea came from Neverland Nail Blog) and when I spotted a post about it I though I needed to give it a shot! 

I'm not a girly girl and never have been. I was a Star Wars and He-Man obsessed tomboy as a kid and have always been far more obsessed with black than pink! That's why I thought it would be so good to get involved with this challenge - I'll have to use colours and styles that I wouldn't normally choose. There is one post a week, starting this Friday (29th March), and it runs for 8 weeks. Here's a rundown of the themes for each week.

We can’t resist! Wear a nail design inspired by your favourite chick flick.

Show some love to your favourite female role model by creating gorgeous nails in their honor.
7. Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice
That’s what little girls are made of! Show off your sweet (or spicy) inspired nails.
8. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!
It’s true, we do! Let your nail designs show us how fun-loving you are!

In other news, I found some photos I took a couple of weeks ago. I had a client who wanted some mosaic effect nails so I was playing around with some ideas and these were the results! I really want to try them out with some different colours, but between work and all my challenge commitments, it may be a while!!!
