Tri Polish Challenge October Day 3 - Tiptoe through the Tulips

Hello again everyone! Day 3 of this month's Tri Polish Challenge where the colours of choice are green, orange and yellow. I've chosen LA Colors Spat! and Mint, along with Rimmel Sunshine.

In this super busy mani week full of challenges (and a detailed macaw mani yesterday!), I've picked some simple tulips for today. I started with two coats of LA Colors Black Velvet, then painted in the tulip, leaves and stem shapes in with LA Colors French White. Once dry, I went over the white with a mix of the yellow and orange for the flowers and then Mint for the stems and leaves (with a little more white for detail). I selaed it all together with Seche Vite to finish.

I realized as I started writing this post that I didn't actually post my second mani for TPC October! That's what you get when you try to plan ahead! So as not to try anyone's patience by doubling up my posts, I'll sneak that one in at the weekend when the 33DC and final Tri Polish manis for this week are up. So much for my highly sought after organisational skills - oops!
