Crumpet's Nail Tarts Xmas Challenge Day 2 - Winter Nature

Hello again everyone! So far I'm just about keeping all my Xmas manis straight which means that today I have a Winter Nature themed mani for you!

I started with a base of Color Club Take Me To Your Chateau, and then once that was dry I sponged on a little French White for a softer effect. I then painted on some bare winter branches starting with Color Club Positively Posh and added in the detail with Models Own Nude Beige and Color Club Rebel Spirit. I dotted some snow along the branches and thought I was done there, but I thought it looked a little bare so I added a few baubles with Color Club Sultry Diva and LA Colors Metallic Silver.

I am really pleased with this for several reasons, but what I'm most proud of is that the branches mostly line up properly between fingers (small things please small minds etc!).

Next on the list for this challenge is "Holiday Colours". I'm thinking glitter. Again. ;)
