Crumpet's Nail Tarts Xmas Challenge Day 3 - Winter Colours

Hello everyone! Today is my last day of freedom before my daughter is finishes school for Xmas. I love having her home but at this time of year there's always an element of waiting for the levels of excitement to reach the point where a meltdown is inevitable (but having Santa as a back up is a big help!) ;)

The theme for today is Winter Colours and I have gone for a simple glitter gradient. The base is two coats of Sinful Colors Exotic Green, topped with a single coat of Color Club Fly With Me (I thought it lacked a little depth on its own, so layering it over the darker green gave it a bit more substance!). I then added a glitter gradient with China Glaze Electrify (which added the red and gold all in one go!) and finished with Seche Vite.

This is a colour combination that you can only get away with at this time of year, and even then I'm probably pushing my luck at least a little! But I got to use my beloved Electrify so I'll live with it :)

The next prompt in this Xmas challenge is for a mani celebrating "Christmas traditions". I think the hardest thing is going to be finding one that hasn't been covered in one of the other prompts!
